How to activate your credit
Download the app
Create an account in the Cargoroo by MOBY app. Download via the App Store or Google Play.
Email us your pass
Send your name, your Cargoroo account email and your Stadjerspas number to cargoroo@mobybikes.com, with a photo of your Stadjerspas and of your ID.
We set it up
We check your pass and add your 5 free hours and your discount to your account within 5 working days. You'll get a confirmation by email.
Ready to email?
Click the button. Your email app opens with a ready-made email. Fill in your details, attach a photo of your Stadjerspas and your ID and send. Tip: make the BSN on your ID unreadable, for example with the government's KopieID app.

Who can take part?
Residents of the municipality of Groningen with a valid Stadjerspas. The discount only applies to Cargoroo rides in Groningen.
One pass, one account
Your Stadjerspas is personal. We activate the benefit on one Cargoroo account per pass. The name on your Stadjerspas and ID must match your account.
How long does the discount last?
Until your Stadjerspas expires. Got a new pass? Email us again and we'll extend your discount.
What do you do with my data?
We only use your data to check whether you're eligible for the Stadjerspas benefit. We handle your ID in line with our privacy policy. Make sure your BSN is unreadable before sending the photo. Read our privacy policy.
